Users trying to log on to Food Security TEP sometimes are blocked by the ESA SSO system itself. To test if your SSO account is blckedin general, please do the following:

a) Please check if you can log on without using FS-TEP here: https://eo-sso-idp.eo.esa.int/idp/umsso20/login

b) In case the log in to SSO does not work, please contact the ESA SSO support for unblocking your account. See further details following the link FAQ the upper left of the SSO login page.

c) In case the problem is not related to ESA SSO (you can log on on the SSO login page), please look for similar topics in the Forums.
